Jones and Woods specialize primarily in residential sales in the Chicago area, the northwestern suburbs and Florida’s Gulf Coast. With 25 years of combined experience, the team has an extensive client base that caters to a diverse range of needs — including first-time home buying, downsizing and investing — with a focus on luxury, single-family homes, estate sales, condos, land, rentals and investment properties.

Jones’ love for real estate comes from her passion for building relationships and helping people. A longtime resident of Chicago’s northwestern suburbs, she is proud that her main source of clients comes from her community. “More than 90% of my business comes from the people in the community and the introductions they make on my behalf to their friends and families.” Thanks to those relationships, she closed the largest transaction of her career this year. “The clients were thrilled with the outcome,” says Jones.

Woods considers herself “a Chicago girl through and through,” adding that she now splits her time between Chicago and Florida, having created a network of clients in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Sarasota and Bradenton. Before entering real estate, she was looking for a flexible career while raising her children, and real estate provided that. She now has a diverse client portfolio from family, friends and past clients — and is determined to remain their real estate partner for life.
