“In 2022, I had the best year of my career thus far,” says Jennifer Zimmerman, Realtor and luxury broker at Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. Last year, this Arlington Heights native doubled her clients, her listings and her buyers, earning Top Achiever status once again.

“I continue to pursue and chase after my clients’ dreams as if they were mine,” she remarks. “For that moment in time, our goals align, and we are all committed to the same end result. I don’t give up until they feel they are happy. This is when I feel the most accomplished and successful.”

With almost a decade of experience, Zimmerman shares why real estate is the perfect career for her. “It combines everything that I loved in one place,” she says. “It gives me the opportunity to learn and grow each day. Zimmerman grew up on the Northwest Side of Chicago and lived in the northwestern suburbs for 20 years after getting married and starting a family.

She now lives in Arlington Heights, soaking up everything the neighborhood has to offer and finding ways to give back. “My clients are my neighbors,” notes Zimmerman. “We’re proud residents of Arlington Heights. Our children go to school here, and we love shopping at local businesses, eating at local restaurants, bakeries and candy shops. Our family is involved in our community.
