If there is a motto that Giancarlo Bargioni lives by, it is this: “You have to be willing to outwork anyone.” As the leader of Dream Town Real Estate’s Giancarlo Bargioni Group, Bargioni and his assistant, Briana Polan, put this ethic into practice every day. “We pride ourselves on being process driven, goal oriented and having a never-let-up work ethic,” says Bargioni. It is this ethic that has enabled him to achieve $100 million in career sales and Polan to have the best year of her career in sales volume.
Bargioni’s goal is to ensure his business is growing every year. As he puts it, “I’m having my best year ever, every year. Adding Polan to the team brought instrumental support this year.” While Bargioni focuses on the Northwest Side of Chicago and surrounding suburbs, Polan specializes in condos as well as the surrounding suburbs. The duo brings extensive knowledge and expertise to every transaction. Their specialties include land acquisition for new construction, residential, multiunit buildings and commercial real estate.
Bargioni was a personal trainer in college and his passion for real estate was sparked when he had the opportunity to train real estate professionals. “I also attended a real estate seminar and never took my eyes off of being in real estate,” he relates.
A background in financial advising and property management provides Bargioni with a thorough understanding of analysis, strategy and construction that sets him apart from his competitors. Polan’s hard work and dedication have led to her having her best year since joining the team.
