If there is one quality that sums up Brandy Isaac and her team, it is their intense energy. “I don’t have an off button,” Isaac says, adding that she is often called the Energizer Bunny. The energetic Brandy Isaac Team brings Isaac’s extensive knowledge of, and passion for, the community to help clients buy and sell homes on the North Shore, specializing in the Glenview, Evanston and Wilmette areas.

Luxury properties are one of Isaac’s specialties, and she has sold some of the top-priced homes in the area. In 2022, her team closed an Evanston home for $3.6 million. “It was the highest-priced private home sale in Evanston in nearly four years,” she says. “In 2022, our team did more than $33 million, our best year to date. Our team has a firm understanding of the unique nuances that the luxury home market brings. However, we passionately serve all price points and take pride in guiding clients at all levels through the homebuying and selling process.”

Isaac’s success is not just about her; it is also about her team members, Jen Corcoran and Kim Ferrer. Both grew up on the North Shore and bring their unique strengths and positive energy to the group. “Jen is a skilled communicator with unmatched integrity,” Isaac says. “Kim is an expert project manager, able to juggle loads while providing her utmost professionalism.”

As a resident of Glenview, Isaac has been an active community member. “I lived and breathed the Glenview community for years before I started doing the job as a Realtor in 2015,” she says. “I’m a major connector and bridge builder, bringing people together in many ways and for different reasons.”

Isaac and her team are high energy and committed to excellence. “I love helping clients navigate the market and making them feel secure throughout the process,” she says. “That’s what it’s all about.”
