Life is too short — which is why Christos Prappas brings his own flair and positive energy to each and every real estate transaction.

Born in Greece, Prappas moved to the Chicago area in the 1990s and has been working as a Realtor since the early 2000s. He was drawn to the real estate business by the promise of a fast-paced environment where his people-friendly personality could shine.

Prappas has represented all types of clients during his 22-year career, selling residential and commercial properties, new developments and multifamily buildings. He studied real estate appraisal in college and is a real estate investor himself. “I believe I bring a great deal of expertise and experience to the real estate industry,” he says. “I have the experience and knowledge to best represent my client’s interests. I value loyalty and the relationships I build with my clients.”

Having earned many awards for production from @properties during his career, Prappas says his ability to network with people of all income levels and cultural backgrounds has been instrumental to his success.

Prappas currently resides in the northern suburbs. He serves on the board of The Federation of Hellenic American Organizations of Illinois and as president of Nafpaktiaki Fraternity of Chicago. He loves spending time with his family, traveling internationally and reading historical nonfiction.
