Real estate is a family business for Blair Thrush Lele, whose family has been in the industry since 1968. The Chicago area native is happy to have grown up in the city, where she learned the nuances of all the different neighborhoods. Her parents were her role models and source of inspiration, instilling in her the determination that would drive her career. Lele worked in the wealth sector, sales and operations management before unlocking her true passion for real estate. “The opportunity to support the family business in their first development, Willow City Homes, gave me the chance to prove my capabilities outside of the corporate world,” she recalls. An Evanston resident for more than 25 years, she has served clients in the city and its North Shore suburbs for more than three decades.
Experienced in residential sales and development, wealth building, renovation and property management, Lele brings broad industry knowledge to her clients. Drawing on this vast knowledge, she specializes in luxury homes and has a passion for vintage properties. A member of the Women’s Athletic Club, Lele also serves on the board of directors of the Alliance Française de Chicago, is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Evanston-North Shore and enjoys gardening for relaxation. She has been nominated for the 2023 Historic Preservation Award in Evanston, where she is proud to have successfully completed a nine-month renovation of her historic, landmark-status home. Lele actively supports numerous organizations, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and the Lincoln Park Zoo.
