With more than 30 years of vast experience, Ann Pancotto and her husband have successfully led The Pancotto Group at COMPASS. A third-generation real estate expert, there is no aspect of the industry she will shy away from to meet the needs of a client.
Covering leasing as well as residential and commercial real estate in Chicago and its western suburbs, she credits her leaning into the area’s new construction as central to her success and reach in the field. Growing as Chicago grows, her committed, full-time team is set apart from its competitors, as there is no transaction too big or too small. Pancotto brings integrity, expertise and knowledge to each client interaction, delivering an experience that ensures constant repeat and referral business. “We care a lot about our clients,” she says. “We do this full-time, and we do it … because we absolutely love it. Our heart and soul goes into it,” she declares.
Year after year, Pancotto maintains multi-million dollar producer status through heavy marketing, thanks to COMPASS’ state-of-the-art tools. She and her team enjoyed a notably successful year in 2022, totaling over $30 million in sales. They were also featured in Top Agent Magazine this year and for the fourth year in a row. A lifelong learner, she holds multiple designations: Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Global Luxury Property Specialist, and Certified Short sale, REO and Foreclosure Specialist. She also holds a Relocation Specialist credential and is a leasing expert who won the top leasing award with COMPASS last year. This year, she was inducted in the COMPASS Legends Society.
Pancotto is also a member of her local and national Realtor associations and a board member of the Commercial Alliance Committee with the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors. Her team members are now licensed in Florida and are eager to serve clientele looking for real estate in southwest Florida and throughout the Chicago metro area. “I’m looking forward to what the future holds and my plans for growth within The Pancotto Group,” she shares.
