Patricia Wdowka, Realtor

A.R.E. Partners

As she serves the Chicago neighborhoods she grew up in, Patricia Wdowka uses her Project Management (PMP) certification, life coaching, and health care backgrounds to support and guide clients. “Capitalizing on the strong mentorship and family feel at A.R.E. Partners, as well as its vast network and experience in a variety of different markets, I continue to build my expertise in many communities throughout the greater Chicagoland area,” the Realtor and project management professional says. “From the West Loop to Wilmington, and from condos and single-family to multi-unit.”

Wdowka recently gut rehabbed her own home and now specializes in helping clients identify homes ready for remodels. “[My] clients appreciate [my] rehab experience and honesty,” she says. “[I take] the time to educate homebuyers on what distinguishing features to look out for during their showings. I also have personal experience with homeownership, including every element of rehabbing, which I bring to my clients, both buyers and sellers — whether they are looking to perform a full gut rehab or just elements.’’ Clients attest to Wdowka’s investment in every transaction, sharing that she explains every step of the process. She is often referred by past clients and especially enjoys serving the members of her Polish community through her work.

An alumna of Loyola University of Chicago, where she was president of the Polish Student Alliance (PSA), she stays connected to her Polish roots as director for The Intercollegiate Council (CIC) and member of the Legion of Young Polish Women. Wdowka also served three years on the board of the Women’s Council of Realtors Chicago as its project manager, program director and first vice president. She is currently a member of the chambers of commerce for Edgewater and Andersonville. Wdowka lives in Edgewater Beach with her husband, Bartlomiej, and their two Weimaraner’s, Sasha and Blue.
