Working with everyone from $100K sellers to $1 million-plus sellers, Rory Dominick says that when it comes to relationships between agents and clients, “We’re all in this together.”
Dominick became the No. 1 agent in Riverside in 2021 after moving to the neighborhood several years prior. “I’ve worked hard to learn about each suburb, the school districts, community offerings and the flavor they each offer,” she says. “While they’re all connected, each one has a different appeal. I encourage buyers I’m working with to spend time in each community they’re considering, have lunch, take a walk, explore … It’s important to see if the community fits your lifestyle.”
Dominick has been named a top producer by the Chicago Association of Realtors for the past six years and was named a Top 10 Agent for Growth by Chicago Agent Magazine in 2017. She is in the top 1 percent of Keller Williams agents in her region. She says her passion for the business and ability to connect with clients are her greatest strengths as a realtor.
Dominick’s clients view her as a partner and consultant in the buying or selling process, and her 100 percent-referral-based business serves as evidence of her ability to build trusting relationships with clients. “I tell potential clients before we meet, this process is all about you,” she says. “No two clients are alike, and no two houses are alike. We create a customized approach to meet your needs, wants, dreams and lifestyle.”
While she’s been in real estate for over 15 years, Dominick says she’s always trying to grow her knowledge of the industry. “This industry continues to evolve and it’s essential to be ahead of the curve,” she says. “Every single deal I do, I learn something new that influences a future sale.”
Dominick also serves as the director of the Cameron Can Foundation, a Chicago nonprofit that helps children with neurological conditions.
