Paul Swanson, a Realtor with Closer To Home/Baird & Warner, has been guiding individuals and families through the residential real estate process in Park Ridge and the northwestern neighborhoods for almost a decade. He’s an active member of the Park Ridge community, having served eight years in the Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce, with five of them on the board, and has invested time in building relationships that are an integral part of any successful transaction. “It is important to me that my clients know and understand that I have their best interests at the forefront of each transaction,” he declares.

Swanson makes sure to understand his clients’ specific goals, their expectations and how he can help them succeed with his guidance. When he’s not helping clients through the buying and selling process, Swanson spends his time locally, whether it be assisting with a food drive for the Maine Township Food Pantry or championing the resources provided by the Dear Jack Foundation, a charity that helps young adults fighting cancer. “I enjoy staying involved in the community,” he says, “including connecting local businesses with Maine South High School and their marketing curriculum.” Swanson has been married to his high school sweetheart, Nancy, for almost 30 years, and they have two daughters. He also enjoys all-day breakfast, Comedy Sportz, a fine Robusto, playing with his dogs Aurora and Oscar, and following Michigan State Spartans athletics.
