Linda Conforti, Broker

Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty

Nobody knows the western suburbs like a native. That’s why first-time homebuyers, downsizers and luxury clients in the area turn to Linda Conforti for help. She’s lived there all her life, and during her 10-year career, she has sold a wide range of products, including condos, investment properties, apartment buildings and single-family homes.

Conforti is the recipient of numerous accolades, including the Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty Platinum Level Award in 2021. She was also recognized by the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors in 2020 for achieving both Diamond Level (top 2 percent in sales) and Gold Level (top 3 percent in transactions).

Clients appreciate Conforti’s professional, relaxed manner. “I’m easily accessible, quick to respond, fun, easygoing, but extremely driven and professional,” she says. “This is usually a client’s largest asset. I do not take that lightly. My goal is to provide the highest level of service and be knowledgeable about the current market trends.” She’s also direct with her clients. “I’ve been known to talk my clients out of a property. If it’s not the right fit, I will be honest,” she says.

Conforti’s strong organizational skills are key to her success. “Being very organized has helped me to manage several transactions at a time,” she says. “I follow every detail of each transaction and try to stay one step ahead. I prefer to do the work myself, so once my clients hire me, it’s me and only me that they are working with, not an assistant.”

Ninety-five percent of Conforti’s business is from repeat clients or referrals from past clients. She attributes that to the meaningful relationships she builds with clients. “Most of my clients become close friends after the transaction. I treat them like my own family and truly care about their wants and needs,” she says. “The relationship does not end at closing. I love to keep in touch and will always continue to help as needed.”
