“A real estate transaction can be a rollercoaster,” says Neil Williams, founder and team leader of the NWS Home Advisors team with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate. “It’s my job to anticipate the needs and wants of my clients so that I can take the stress away.”

Williams has been in the industry for 10 years, and recently started a three-agent team, NWS Home Advisors, to expand his business. Agent Liz Simoni assists clients on the riverfront, while Laura Koertgen and Williams focus on new developments, resale and investments. In addition, Williams offers value with his expertise in investment properties; he has been rehabbing properties for several years. As a result, Williams has firsthand knowledge of the process and offers his clients the best return-on-investment strategy and a high-level overview of what costs are associated with upgrades. Plus, he has solid relationships with contractors. The team combines their business styles to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions that keep deals on track.

Simoni came from the relocation market and has strength in understanding where and what her clients need. Simoni lives on the riverfront in Cary and is the go-to expert in that area. Koertgen’s experience in the health-and-wellness field gives her the confidence and ability to work a room, solidifying her as an up-and-coming agent to watch.

As a former executive in the hospitality industry, Williams understands the importance of leading teams, taking care of clients and providing an exceptional experience.  “Buying or selling a home is a huge milestone for most,” he says. “The service we deliver to our clients is personal, not transactional.”

Williams’ proudest moment as a team leader came this past year when he presented Simoni with her $5 Million Achievement award. “As a leader, seeing the personal and professional growth of my team members is my ultimate reward,” he says.
