Social media has played a huge role in boosting the growth of Lyn Wise’s business. Whether it’s posting on Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn, she utilizes all platforms. “My goal is to provide extremely professional-looking posts with a distinctive look across all mediums,” Wise explains. “I like to portray that I am goal-oriented with my clients’ needs at the forefront.” A real estate broker with @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, she focuses on forming deep connections within the local real estate community while remaining extremely responsive to her clients. “I aim to be very collaborative with other agents so my transactions run smoothly,” she says. “I also have a set process I use with all buyers and sellers that I explain before we start working together, in order to instill their confidence in me.”

Wise has been in the industry over 20 years, with seven of those full-time. “I feel this type of service makes a big difference for my clients,” she declares. “I want them to know they are being represented to the greatest extent possible.” A Chicago native, she grew up on the North Shore and has lived for 30 years in Highland Park, where she and her husband raised their three boys.

Known as professional, knowledgeable and responsive, Wise received @properties’ Road to Rolex award in 2021 and made the company’s list for over $10 million in sales in 2020 and over $15 million in sales in 2021. She was also named a top agent by Chicago Magazine, received  a top agent recognition from Top Agent Magazine and was included among the top 500 North Shore Real Producers by North Shore Real Producers. Always looking for different ways to give back to her community, she supports the Rory David Deutsch Foundation and the nonprofit Experience Camps, which helps children deal with grief.

When not working, Wise enjoys staying fit through spinning, tennis, paddle ball and yoga. “I cherish the time I spend with my husband, boys and dog, Riley,” she adds.
