Lyn Flannery, Broker

@properties Christie’s International Real Estate

A longtime resident of the North Shore, Lyn Flannery, a broker for @properties Christie’s International Real Estate, has been helping her clients find their forever homes for the past 18 years. Armed with an MBA from the University of Chicago and a “client first always” attitude, she is known for providing her clients a smooth and stress-free transition to homeownership, whether they be first-time homebuyers, luxury investors or families looking to change things up.

“My professional background in both marketing and finance, along with my experience renovating homes and deep knowledge of the area, allows me to fill a niche,” she says. “I care about my clients and what they are trying to achieve, both financially and personally.”

Flannery’s aha moment happened after a negative real estate experience. “I realized that luxury North Shore homeowners needed a real estate agent who treated clients’ homes like an important part of the homeowners’ investment portfolio,” she recalls. “Moreover, their unique homes needed professional marketing to set them apart.”

Voted a Five Star Real Estate Agent for over 10 years in a row, Flannery possesses a financial background and knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies to help her stay one step ahead of the ever-changing Chicago real estate market. A seasoned professional, she also has an array of connections with designers, marketers, data analysts, attorneys and more. “We work together to bring each client what they need to buy or sell a home for the best price at the right time,” she declares.

Flannery boasts a large list of clients from referrals, repeat business and the University of Chicago alumni network. When not helping clients navigate real estate, she can be found helping her community through her work on the University of Chicago Cancer Research Foundation Auxiliary Board, collecting donations for the local food pantry and spending time with her family.
