Honest and pragmatic, Chuck Lochotzki holds every client dear to his heart. “As someone who came to Chicago with just $600 in my pocket and is now a home owner, I get excited to see my buyers and sellers transition from one stage of their life to the next,” says Lochotzki, a real estate broker with Compass.
A resident of Chicago since 2001, Lochotzki has since moved 11 times, giving him rich insights into the city’s micro-markets. Coming from an extensive background in sales and client management, Lochotzki decided to pursue real estate professionally nine years ago after helping his friends find houses in the city. “Throughout my life I have gained extensive knowledge about the structural makeup of homes and condos,” he explains. “This coupled with knowing the ins and outs of Chicago’s neighborhoods made me a go-to person for someone looking to move.”
Harnessing the latest technologies to ensure his clients are receiving top-quality service, Lochotzki has partnered with social media companies to maximize exposure for his listings. “Technology drives this industry and I utilize it with open arms,” he says, adding that through continuing education and Compass’ commitment to remaining at the forefront of the industry, he is constantly expanding his toolbox of resources.
With a distinct set of strategies and processes in place to maximize his and his clients’ time and energy, Lochotzki starts every transaction by identifying his clients’ objectives and preferences so they can work as a team to accomplish a singular goal.
Despite the pandemic, Lochotzki hasn’t slowed down. “Not only did my business volume increase through referrals, I also had a baby,” he explains. “I had to recalibrate and become even more organized and focused. It taught me more about what is important and what is important to others. I truly believe this has made me an even better business partner.”
