Embracing an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age, Annie Sullivan was already working in real estate by the time she was in high school. Sullivan gained the hands-on experience and insight needed to launch her future. Fast-forward to today, and she’s currently leading one of the top teams in northern Illinois. Using a unique marketing campaign and her love of design and people, she’s created one amazing team.

From the pre-listing appointment to the close of the sale, Sullivan is committed to setting realistic, time-bound and tangible expectations for her clients. “This is crucial to a successful relationship,” she says. “Real estate changes year by year. Currently we are seeing it change week by week. A client’s experience from previous years will likely not be the same as buying or selling in today’s market. Especially with COVID really shifting the market the past couple of years, it didn’t even come close to resembling any market we have previously gone through. Making sure buyers and sellers know what to expect is critical to accomplishing their goals.”
Throughout the year, you can find Sweet Water Homes’ director of joy, Denise, giving back to all the communities they serve and clients who are in need of a smile. An animal advocate, Sullivan donates a portion of her team’s commission to a variety of rescue organizations and shelters.
