An MBA, seven years of consultative selling experience and a quick-learner mindset have combined to make Tom Campone, with Keller Williams ONEChicago, a rising real estate star in Chicago’s South Loop area. Clients today say this five-year veteran brings patience and pragmatism to the way he serves families and individuals across Chicagoland – and the way he guides them to their ideal property.
“I like to make the process fun and easy for clients by doing a lot of the detail work up front and having everything lined up on the back end,” Campone says. “I knew in college that I wanted to get into real estate and I love bringing my corporate sales background to the way I align with clients today.” Campone’s trademark “consultative” approach means listening to and understanding clients’ needs and buying parameters and walking them through the process, avoiding pitfalls and setting the client up for a successful experience.
“I have a unique set of skills that allow me to add value and advise clients,” he says. “Because of that value, 70 percent of my clients are past clients or referrals.” As a family man and father, Campone also empathizes deeply with the aspects of homebuying and selling that resonate most with families in the area. “I treat my client’s money like it’s my money, always focused on protecting them and getting them the best outcome.”
Heavily involved in his kid’s school in the South Loop, this avid photographer and travel enthusiast enjoys serving and working in the neighborhood he’s called home since 2003. Serving first-time and luxury buyers and sellers alike, he always maintains his focus.
