A Chicago native, Lisa Asher, a broker associate with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty, works with a variety of buyers and sellers but has found that with her life experience, empathy and intuition, she has come to work primarily with those going through a rite of passage or major life transition. Nothing brings her more satisfaction than helping clients through whatever life changes they may be experiencing as it relates to their housing needs and home security.
A member of the Albany Park Chamber of Commerce and the North River Commission, Asher more than doubled her business in 2020, despite disruptions from the pandemic, and 2021 is shaping up to be a remarkable year, as well. She credits this success to her intuitive nature, determination, rich network of resources and commitment to her business plan. The rich, tremendous support of the Jameson team and the remarkable resources that come with that have also been indispensable, she adds.
Professional and process-driven, Asher works to instill confidence in clients throughout the entire real estate transaction, from beginning to end. “They know I am straightforward and will provide them with an innovative marketing plan, transparent pricing strategy and will go above and beyond for them in order to close the deal,” she notes. “Luxury is a level of service and commitment. Whether I’m selling a $100,000 condo or a $1 million home, my concierge level of service and dedication is the same.”
A cycling and yoga enthusiast, Asher and her husband live in Albany Park with their rescue dog, Matilda. They are active supporters of Drake Gardens, the Fulton Street Collective and the Anti-Cruelty Society
