Luciana Parente, Broker Associate

Baird & Warner

A native of Chicago’s South Side, Luciana Parente first became interested in real estate as a young girl, when her mother, who supplemented her income as a part-time agent, would take her to open houses. Italian immigrants with a strong work ethic, her parents began investing in houses before flipping properties was commonplace, and Parente even witnessed them build their forever home in Palos Hills before she settled in Orland Park 14 years ago.

Passionately and endlessly curious, Parente asks a lot of questions and goes into education mode when she starts working with a client. Having obtained a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Columbia College and a master’s in teaching from National-Louis University, she explored both career avenues, yet she craved something that would allow for more exponential growth.

“Real estate has given me the creative and analytical outlet I need,” Parente says. Her success can be attributed to working hard, continuously educating herself and integrating what she calls “the four I’s”: intelligence, intuition, intellect and instinct. With so many opportunities to explore in the industry, and an ever-changing market, Parente has found real estate to be exciting, fulfilling and rewarding.

Parente’s clients describe her as professional, knowledgeable and patient. “I take the time to educate my buyers and sellers so there are no surprises,” she notes. “I make the transaction easy and always maintain a positive attitude towards every hurdle along the way. We always make it to the finish line!”

She is a member of the following organizations: National Association of Realtors, Illinois Association of Realtors, Mainstreet Organization of Realtors, National Education Association, Illinois Education Association, Order Sons & Daughters of Italy in America, Orland Park Chamber of Commerce and Orland Park Rotary Club.
