A second-generation Realtor, Colleen Wilcox has real estate in her blood. Her mom was the best Realtor in her small town and her father sold farmland in addition to farming and owning a commodity brokerage business.
Known to go the extra mile for her clients and always looking out for their best interests, it’s no wonder 90% of her business is either referrals or past clients.
“I talk to my clients throughout the buying and selling process and am involved every step of the way,” she says. I do surround myself with the best expertise that can be purchased in terms of photography, videos, staging, etc. I contract with the best in the business but talk to clients myself throughout.
Wilcox has been a Five Star Professional from 2009 to 2020 and was ranked Fortune magazine’s Market Leader in 2021. She also made the publication’s list of top 15 agents in Illinois for client satisfaction.
When she’s not working, she’s very active in the local community through philanthropy and the schools. Wilcox serves as president of D181 Elementary School Foundation, is a past board member of the Hinsdale Historical Society, is a member of the Hinsdale Historical Society Women’s Board and is the past chairperson of the Mainstreet Association of Realtors, Government Affairs Committee.
