Carrie McCormick, Luxury Real Estate Broker

Very happy with where she lives, Carrie McCormick wants everyone else to feel the same way. A luxury real estate broker with @properties, she reports that her biggest accomplishment this year was hiring the right team to support her brand and vision, and to provide extraordinary service to her clients.

More than 20 years into her career as a consistently top-rated Realtor in Chicago, the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist is a savvy industry insider with technological finesse and a robust online presence for marketing her properties. McCormick prides herself on being “100% available” to her clients and building trusted partnerships. “When people feel valued, they trust you,” McCormick says.

“I understand my clients’ biggest commodity is time. That is why I take care of all the details, so they don’t have to,” she says. “It’s also about being in the clients’ shoes, understanding what their purpose is and having the connections, the drive and the knowledge to accomplish their goal. Selling real estate is knowing what you are selling and articulating what the value is. Every home has its own story, and it’s my job as broker to bring that out.”

Along with the hot neighborhoods of Chicago, McCormick enjoys the buzzing suburban market and working with clients to find new homes. “My job is to ensure a smooth transaction, whether you’re buying your dream home or we’re selling your home at the highest price possible. I work 24/7 for you,” says McCormick. It’s your home and I am here to make it the best real estate experience possible.” McCormick has an eye for design and assists clients with setting the stage to close the transaction. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the National Association of Home Builders and Luxury Portfolio. Year after year, she has ranked in the top 1% of Realtors for the Chicago Association of Realtors. She has also earned that association’s Platinum awards and has been named a top contributor in social media and podcasts by the Keeping it Real podcast.
