Ashley Bell, Real Estate Broker

@properties

Ashley Bell understands that a truly skilled Realtor creates lifelong relationships with their clients, who become more like family. For Bell, a real estate broker at @properties, a wonderful experience selling her family home years ago inspired a career change that has become a successful and rewarding career in real estate. “The right agent brings their clients expert strategies and advice to smoothly navigate the intricacies of a complex market,” Bell says. “Today, I bring that guidance to my clients from their first sale to their fifth.”

Having lived in Chicago since 2005, this Northwestern University graduate now works with buyers and sellers in some of the most in-demand and competitive neighborhoods of Chicagoland. She brings a well-organized, focused style when it comes to matching clients with exactly what they need, saying, “I personally invest myself in each of my clients’ success.”

After the struggles of the pandemic and an increasing shift to a work-from-home culture, Bell recognizes the importance of being a trusted resource for clients in a rapidly changing landscape. “My clients rely on my expertise and candor now more than ever,” she believes, adding that many of her transactions have taken place 100% remotely this year.

Now six years into the business, Bell has had numerous successes along the way, which she attributes to her focus on continuing education and ongoing innovation. She has earned multiple certifications and designations, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Military Relocation Professional and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource. In addition to her membership in the Chicago Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, she belongs to the Women’s Council of Realtors.

When not working, Bell and her fiancé, who are both adventurous foodies, look for opportunities to continue exploring the city and all its unique neighborhoods one restaurant at a time. As animal lovers, they also support PAWS Chicago and its work for homeless animals.
