Whether a client is a first-time buyer, seller, developer or investor, the Goldstein Group with @properties guides them every step of the way to make the transaction process seamless.

Realtors Kaylin Goldstein, Stefanie Campbell and Jackie Luxem have a combined 21 years of experience in the industry. Since 2013, they have been designated as top producers by both the Chicago Association of Realtors and @properties, and have ranked among @properties’ top 100 agents by volume. They know Chicago and the surrounding suburbs inside and out.

“Our team is comprised of industry experts whose primary goal is to ensure an exciting, genuine and educated experience,” Goldstein says. “We are looking not only to find our clients a home but also to find them the right home.”

While Goldstein’s career began at a boutique real estate company right after college, Campbell worked at a marketing and advertising agency and Luxem taught first grade.

“I knew early on I wanted to do something entrepreneurial,” Goldstein says. “I came over to @properties as an assistant in 2010 to learn the business and grow my client base.” In the process, she has built a close network of other agents and solid ties with clients who generate referral and repeat business.
Campbell is happy to put the marketing, branding and negotiation skills she perfected in her previous career to use in the real estate industry. “We want our clients to have the best possible experience they can,” Campbell says. “We give them our undivided attention, and we treat their properties and purchases as though they were our own.”

The team itself had a record-breaking 2019, but it was truly a year for Luxem to remember. She welcomed twin daughters into the world and sold her largest listing ever. Having grown up with family in real estate, Luxem says, “Relationships are the focal point. Clients value my care, industry knowledge and professionalism.”
