Giancarlo Bargioni, Managing Broker Licensee

Dream Town

In college, Giancarlo Bargioni was a personal trainer with many clients who worked in real estate, which fueled a passion for the industry that was initially sparked after he attended a real estate seminar at the age of 18. Bargioni is a Chicago Association of Realtors top producer for both volume and units, and the top individual producing agent in his office. He also holds the designations of Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Pricing Strategy Advisor and certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert.

Bargioni specializes in rehabs and development on the Northwest Side of Chicago, assisting various categories of homebuyers, sellers, investors and developers. As one of the top producers in the city, he showcases his determination and consistent work ethic on a daily basis. “I’m incredibly tenacious and persistent, and my extensive knowledge of the Chicago market helps me meet the goals of even the most discriminating clients.” Although Bargioni works with buyers and sellers from every sector, he is especially skilled in new construction and
rehab analysis.

Most of Bargioni’s clients have been referred to him. “I pride myself on the ability to build trustworthy relationships, and this is what creates positive experiences for my homebuyers and sellers,” he explains. “My clients want a smooth and painless process, so I have to be a great listener and problem solver with efficient systems to serve them.”

Bargioni’s success in real estate comes from his outgoing personality, his ability to work with people and his keen negotiating skills. Whether buying or selling, clients appreciate his understanding of their specific needs and his willingness to be available at any time. “I work tirelessly for clients, and I love what I do, so it never feels like work. I am laser-focused on being an asset to my clients before, during and after the transaction.”

A father of three and a jiujitsu practitioner, Bargioni is working on achieving a brown belt ranking.
