Danielle Addante, Realtor

d’aprile properties

Promising constant communication and honest, data-driven market insights, Danielle Addante values her relationships with her clients above all else. “Knowledge is power, and I can share my knowledge and teach my clients about the market so they have the power to make the best decisions,” says Addante, a Realtor with d’aprile properties. Serving buyers, sellers and investors, Addante, a Mount Prospect native and Arlington Heights resident, specializes in the northwest suburban market. “I love getting to know my clients,” she says, adding that the majority of her business is referral-based. “I am grateful to be the one they reach out to for trusted advice and to be there every step of the way.”

A former speech therapist with a master’s degree in speech language pathology, Addante officially joined the real estate industry four years ago. Yet she grew up attending showings and spending time at the office with her Realtor father. “I have always been attracted to a profession in which I helped people,” she says.

Starting her real estate career as a member of a team, Addante went solo in 2019. “I love that I run my own business and can work in tandem with my clients’ lenders, attorneys and vendors to match their individual needs for a truly client-centered approach,” she says.

Addante is certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Pricing Strategy Advisor and by the Mainstreet Organization of Realtors as a Staging Consultant. She received the Daily Herald’s Readers’ Choice Top Picks award for Realtor in 2018 and 2020, and the paper’s Best of the Best award for Realtor in 2018. In 2019, she earned d’aprile properties’ Gold Key award for sales.

Addante is a member of the Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce, the Business Builders Synergy group and the Arlington Heights Lions Club. She also supports the Bear Necessities Pediatric Cancer Foundation. A self-described foodie, Addante loves cooking with her family and trying out new restaurants.
