With the business motto, “Focusing on her clients, not her competition,” Lital Avnet Minogue seeks to transform the process of buying, renting and selling real estate into a stress-free experience. “I understand that most people do not buy or sell a house very often, so clients are understandably anxious about the process,” says Minogue, a broker associate with Jameson Sotheby’s International Realty. “I genuinely take the time to clearly explain the process to clients and am always available — no matter the time of day — to answer any additional questions along the way.”
A Certified Negotiation Expert, Minogue is a member of the Top Agent Network and a multiyear top producer award recipient. She delivers five-star service, with the reviews to prove it. “Clients appreciate being updating on developments before they even have to ask,” she says. “Much of my business is referral-based, and to me, every referral is the ultimate validation of my work.”
A former medical sales professional, Minogue transitioned to the real estate industry as a leasing agent, solidifying her knowledge of the local markets. “Working in real estate obviously has elements of sales in practice but also incorporates my passion and vision for interior design,” she says. She puts her artistic prowess to use by consulting on staging for sellers to ensure fast and top-dollar sales.
While most clients want a quick home sale or purchase, Minogue notes that her business style is fluid, adapting to her clients’ particular needs. This past year, after spending two years searching for the perfect home for a buyer, Minogue successfully negotiated the sale of a multimillion-dollar condo for the client. “We really took our time to make sure it was truly the right fit for him,” she says.
Within the past year, Minogue also became a first-time mother, which she cites as her greatest personal accomplishment. Outside of work, she loves playing tennis and is an avid traveler and foodie.
