Founded by Kelly Parker in 2014, Chicago Home Collective is a full-service real estate group providing expert guidance, comprehensive market knowledge and a hands-on, personalized experience tailored to client needs. Alongside Parker are three associate brokers: Emily Ackerman, Casey Metz and Alexa Dimperio. Together, they work with clients of all types, from renters and first-time homebuyers to luxury clients and the city’s most visionary builders. With extensive knowledge and experience in neighborhoods across the city and in the condo, single-family home, investment and new construction markets, CHC is well equipped to help their clients find their perfect place.

With a background in luxury fashion, Parker made the transition to real estate in 2009, driven by an interest in architecture and design and a desire to help people feel at home while achieving greater financial freedom and security. Armed with her expertise as a licensed broker, her Green designation and her certification as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Parker founded CHC with the goal of providing a seamless experience for all clients by identifying the most important social, financial and emotional elements impacting their lives.

With six years of experience as a team, the team’s collective approach helps clients achieve their goals with an emphasis on education and communication. “We pride ourselves on our ability to create a customized strategy and manage the process while minimizing potential drama, pitfalls and stress. That doesn’t mean every transaction is stress-free, but there is a lot we as agents can do to help mitigate issues. We acknowledge our clients’ emotions and, through education, address their fears,” Parker says.

The team’s superior strategies and commitment to their clients have led to measurable success. In 2019, they increased sales by 33% over the previous year, and they continue to be recognized as a top-producing team by the Chicago Association of Realtors.
