A workhorse with an unrelenting spirit and passion for the real estate industry, Brenda Mauldin is committed to doing whatever it takes to ensure her clients’ satisfaction. As a real estate broker with Baird & Warner and certified relocation expert with 15 years of industry experience, Mauldin serves first-time and seasoned buyers and sellers in and around Chicago.
Before moving to Chicago in 2007, Mauldin owned a professional organization company in Dallas for nearly a decade, connecting with local agents and brokers who brought her on to help themselves and their clients get listings into shape. From there, the transition to real estate came naturally. “My organizational skills became an added bonus as a Realtor,” she says.
Just one year after she came to the city, Mauldin earned Baird & Warner’s Rookie of the Year award. Taking an educational approach to the buying and selling process, she guides her clients along the way, providing them with crucial information on everything from real estate law to regulations to mortgage requirements so there are no surprises. “I go out of my way to make every transaction seamless,” she says, adding that her efforts are often rewarded through referrals and repeat customers. “I create lasting partnerships with my clients, and I want them to remember the experience as positive, enjoyable and even fun.”
Mauldin is a member of the Women’s Athletic Club of Chicago, P.E.O. International, the Chicago Association of Realtors, Illinois Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, the women’s fraternal organization Chi Omega and the Junior League of Chicago. She was recently elected as a deacon for Fourth Presbyterian Church, where she also serves as chairperson for the committee that plans congregational events and serves meals to the homeless.
Outside of work, Mauldin enjoys going to the movies, playing and watching sports, traveling around the world, walking the lakefront, and spending time with friends.
