Attentive, thorough and caring, Amy Philpott brings integrity to the real estate industry, abiding by a strict ethical compass to ensure that her clients remain her first priority. A broker, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Pricing Strategy Advisor and Real Estate Negotiation Expert with @properties, Philpott is a member of the award-winning GetBurbed team. Earning her license five years ago, Philpott now serves residential buyers, sellers and investors throughout the northwest suburbs in addition to both McHenry and DuPage counties.
As the former owner and operator of the Tuscan Market and Wine Shop in downtown Arlington Heights, Philpott entered her real estate career with a pre-existing appreciation for the town and its residents as well as a mastery of logistics management and a bevy of best practices for customer engagement.
“My years of creating, building and running my own small business have given me an amazing foundation to understand how to think ahead and prepare for the future,” she says, noting that she’s been able to translate that skill set by meeting with her clients at the very beginning of a transaction to create an individualized plan of action. “The foundational support of @properties, combined with the marketing strategy and systems of the GetBurbed team, provides the tools needed for us to support our clients from start to finish.”
In 2019, Philpott earned Chicago Agent magazine’s Agents’ Choice Charitable Services Award. She is the co-founder of Brewing Opportunities and the nonprofit Gerry’s Cafe, and is a member of the Rotary Club of Arlington Heights.
Outside of work, Philpott loves to garden, cook and play golf. She and her wife, Chris, live in Palatine and value their friends and family above all else.
