Tracy Anderson brings a lawyer’s sense of urgency and integrity to the real estate industry, an approach that can be attributed in great part to her previous experience as a Cook County assistant state’s attorney in the real estate tax division and general counsel for a multimillion-dollar floral distributor. A broker and luxury specialist at Compass, Anderson serves residential buyers and sellers in Chicago’s western suburbs. “I focus on being an active, empathetic listener to determine my clients’ needs and provide them with the facts they need to make an informed decision,” says Anderson.
Prior to her shift to Compass when the company launched in Chicago in 2018, Anderson spent her 13-year career at Prudential, which later became the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group. “Shifting to a newer company from a more traditional brokerage was something I thought would be challenging, but it turned out to be the opposite,” says Anderson. “I love technology and learning new approaches to marketing. I have a whole new suite of tools available to me, and I am embracing them all to drive stronger results for my clients.”
Throughout her career, Anderson has received numerous awards. Starting her streak as a consistent winner of the Five Star Agent award in 2011, Anderson has also been inducted into the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices KoenigRubloff Realty Group’s Hall of Fame and earned the company’s Best of the Best, Chairman’s Circle Platinum, President’s Circle and Leading Edge awards. She is a Certified Relocation Professional and a luxury home specialist and has a keen eye for interior design. As an active member of the Hinsdale community, Anderson currently serves on the Hinsdale Historical Society’s Women’s Board; has previously played vital roles as president of the Hinsdale Junior Woman’s Club, Wellness House board and Hinsdale Historical Society’s board of directors; and has held multiple roles at the Lane School Parent-Teacher Organization. Anderson is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Mainstreet Organization of Realtors.
When not focused on her clients, Anderson decompresses through Pilates, a good book or a long walk listening to podcasts and audiobooks.
