Located on the far Northwest Side, nestled among well-established restaurants and nightlife, Northwest Real Estate Group is starting to make some serious noise in Edison Park. The team has been successful due to its strong training programs and exceptional client service. Each member recognizes that helping a client find their dream home is one of the most meaningful tasks they can tackle.
As the founder and managing broker of Northwest Real Estate Group, Dan Kieres has used his passion for coaching to help others achieve their dreams of buying their own homes. Kieres, a Realtor member, works tirelessly to stay knowledgeable about the latest market trends, and clients love his team’s down-to-earth approach. “Developing my agents and assisting my clients with their real estate needs is without a doubt my mission and purpose in life,” he says.
Before getting his start in real estate, Nick Chiaramonte was a paramedic and owned a personal training business. Purchasing his own first home was such an intimidating process that realized he could use his passion for helping others to make buying or selling a home easier for others. “I have always found it rewarding to assist people in reaching their goals,” he says.
Samantha Walsh spent 10 years in customer service and fell in love with real estate after purchasing her first home. She joined the group this past year — after meeting Kieres, she was confident she had found the right career path. “I knew I wanted to be a part of his team and that he would help me to succeed,” she says.
Martyna Tos is relatively new to the real estate industry, but she’s already making strides. She closed three multifamily properties in her first 90 days of becoming an agent. “My devotion to learning new concepts and ideas along with my attention to detail make me a great agent to help clients find exactly what they’re looking for,” she says.
With more than 12 years of experience in the customer service industry, Chris Souleles knows the value of going above and beyond to meet a client’s needs. Active listening has proven to be one of his most important strengths. His biggest personal accomplishment in the past year was getting his real estate license while working a full-time job and taking care of a 2-year-old-daughter and newborn baby girl.
