The son of a broker, Mario DiLorenzo entered the real estate industry straight out of college, turning the career path into a family tradition. DiLorenzo, managing broker at Keller Williams Chicago O’Hare, has 16 years of experience serving residential clients within Chicago and the northwest suburbs. “I genuinely love helping people and building the relationships that come along with that,” he says. “It is gratifying to me to see my clients happy that they bought or sold a home.”
DiLorenzo has been ranked as a Chicago Association of Realtors Top Producer since 2011, cracking the top 1 percent mark in 2017, thanks to a year-end total of $21.4 million in volume. He has been a major investor with the Realtors Political Action Committee since 2016 and became the cultural ambassador for Keller Williams’ Mid-American Region in 2017. “I am a big believer in gratitude,” he says. “I am so grateful for my team, clients and colleagues in this industry, as they have all had a hand in shaping the kind of broker I am today.”
A big believer in continuing education, DiLorenzo has become certified as an e-PRO and gained the designations of Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Accredited Distressed Property Representative, and Graduate, Realtor Institute. He has also completed Keller Williams’ MAPS and BOLD training programs.
An active philanthropist, DiLorenzo chaired his company’s third annual charity golf outing, which raised over $80,000 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and KW Cares. He also frequently volunteers to coach his children’s sports teams. DiLorenzo is inspired by the call to “gross a million, net a million, give a million,” a popular goal with Keller Williams agents. “Living out this motto will help me leave a legacy my family will be proud of,” he says. “To accomplish this is my ultimate goal.”
