After four years as a team, Julie Fleetwood’s and Lisa Miceli’s passion and commitment are stronger than ever. Consistently ranked as top producers since forming their partnership in 2015, they have also been named among Jameson Sotheby’s top 10 teams on the North Shore.

As exceptional listeners, Fleetwood and Miceli understand that each situation is unique, requiring them to craft individualized plans for each client. “We are constantly evaluating together, discussing best practices and tweaking along the way,” Fleetwood says.
Drawing on their incredible resumes, Fleetwood and Miceli not only offer the utmost professionalism but also provide creative “outside the box” ideas for each situation. Fleetwood previously worked in TV production, where she launched and produced a local entertainment program for CLTV. Miceli’s experience includes sales and sales management in the banking sector and working in media at Leo Burnett.
Fleetwood decided to pursue a career in real estate after becoming licensed to sell her own family home. Miceli grew up immersed in the real estate industry; her father had a lifelong career in commercial and residential development, and she served as a property manager for many years.
Whether working with first-time buyers, growing families, empty nesters, developers or investors, this team enjoys the unique challenges each type of buying or selling experience brings. “Building relationships is more important than making a sale,” says Miceli. “We truly listen to our clients’ needs and wants, and as a result we have a successful referral-based business.”
Among their proudest accomplishments this year was expanding their reach. “We grew our team with the terrific addition of Bridget Nelson,” they say. “We continue to love what we do; we were able to work with over 50 families this past year in both buying and selling their homes.”
Both Fleetwood and Miceli are active in industry and community organizations. Fleetwood enjoys traveling with her husband and three children, and Miceli loves cycling, taking improv classes, and keeping up with her teenaged and adult children.
