Fostering a team of eight full-time, talented and hard-working agents allows Danielle Dowell to pair each client with a teammate who matches their needs, while also considering location, price point and personality. Nearly everyone on the team has experience in the service industry, a common denominator that helps them gel. “We are all well-versed in customer service, pay immense attention to detail and have the ability to multitask,” she says. “We treat every client as if they are our one and only.”

Every broker on the team has their own unique story. “We have team members from New Mexico, New Hampshire and New Delhi, India,” Dowell says. “And everyone has had a wide array of previous careers, from jewelry making to bakery manager to bartender.”

The Dowell Group works with all types of buyers and sellers, including first-timers, seasoned developers, investors, resellers and renters. In marketing properties, they engage a multitude of methods — including brochures, flyers, eblasts and signs — to reach as many people as possible. They also have a large database of more than 10,000 agents they send eblasts and open house updates to in order to maximize their exposure.

Throughout her more than 13-year career, Dowell has earned multiple awards. Most recently, she was recognized by the Chicago Association of Realtors as a top 1 percent producer in 2017 and 2018. She has been featured among CS Magazine’s Dynamic Women and is one of Crain Custom Media’s Most Influential Residential Real Estate Brokers. She has also been recognized by BHHS as a Million Dollar Agent, Chairman’s Circle Diamond award winner and member of its hall of fame.

Clients are pleased with the team’s staging abilities, price comparisons, adjustments and references. “Our quick response times and attention to detail separate us from many other brokers,” she says. “We never leave our clients in the dark.” A close-knit group, the team enjoys each other’s company and goes on outings together whenever possible.
