Goldman takes a businesslike approach to each transaction, making sure every step is clearly defined, maintaining communication throughout the process and keeping in mind the emotional aspect of the home financing process. “It is my job to get my client to the finish line as efficiently and smoothly as possible,” he says. Clients say he is knowledgeable and attentive, and that he treats them as if they were his only customer.
Although Goldman works around the clock, he is a family man at heart. “My family is the driving force behind everything I do,” he says. “Spending time with them and maintaining a work-life balance is one of the big keys to my success.”
