Leigh Marcus works from sunrise to sunset, helping his clients achieve their goals of selling for the highest amount of money possible in the least amount of time and with the least amount of hassle.
“My clients appreciate that I can show them exactly what it is going to take to get their home sold. They put their trust in me and my track record, and in turn, I don’t waste their time or leave any of their money on the table,” he says.
Marcus, a broker with @properties, was recently ranked 194 among real estate professionals nationally by The Wall Street Journal and has sold over $100 million in real estate each year for the past few years.
He helps clients all over the city, but his strongest footholds are in the Roscoe Village, Lakeview, Bucktown, Lincoln Park and West Loop neighborhoods. With a seller-to-buyer ratio of 4 to 1, Marcus has personally sold over 1,000 homes, with the majority of the sales coming from past client referrals.
Prior to entering the real estate industry, Marcus worked in technology sales at IBM, CDW and EMC. He and his wife, Lindsey, recently accomplished their 10-year plan to build an office near their home. He is a dedicated Realtor member and a part of the Mike Ferry Organization. Leigh, Lindsey and their children are active members of their community, volunteering with neighborhood initiatives and helping out neighborhood schools.
