The Wexler Gault Group’s dynamic has certainly created success as a top-producing group within @properties for more than a decade, as well as the all-time No. 1 team in the Highland Park office. Team leaders Beth Wexler and Joey Gault started out as brokers in the city, creating a successful business selling townhomes, condos, lofts and new construction all over Chicago. When they decided to move to the North Shore, their clients followed, and they quickly grew their business there, adding managing partner Liz Salinas to the mix.

“Our clients want to work with us because they feel comfortable that we know our market so well and that they have three seasoned brokers attending to their business,” Wexler says. “With the amount of volume we do each year, it is impossible to handle this business on your own.” Whether it is a listing or home search, they do a great job of managing the details of every transaction. The three partners divide and conquer with individual strengths that blend seamlessly together.

The group has a full-time assistant and 11 other brokers on the team — Chantel Asner, Steph Degodny, Joie DeGraff, Elise Dayan, Cari Zweig-Driscoll, Laura Eason, Scott Glazer, Jen Golding, Irene Mester, Melissa Newman and Lauren Rabin — who specialize in different areas of Chicago, the North Shore and the northwest suburbs. These hardworking brokers strive to balance their careers and families. “We are all team players and are so supportive of each other and want each member to be happy, successful and fulfilled. Our group’s platform is built on this foundation,” Gault says.

Ambitious and driven to keep improving year after year, team members motivate one another and share in the collaborative process. “We all have the same work ethic and have implemented systems that make each transaction seamless. The culture at
@properties offers an environment where our team has thrived,” Salinas says.
