Ryan Moran founded Option Realty Group in 2005 to serve buyers, sellers and investors within the Chicagoland market. Since then, he’s earned a solid reputation as a resource for both his clients and his agents, offering 16 years of industry insights and his undivided attention.
“I try to understand what is most important to my client — whether it be price, timing or privacy — and then do whatever it takes to get them the results,” he says, adding that his problem-solving mindset and ability to manage his clients’ emotions and expectations has proved to be vital in the field. “Sometimes a deal is as simple as price and close date, but usually there are a lot more moving pieces,” he says.
Balancing his leadership duties while serving his own clients, Moran focuses primarily on sellers within Naperville and the surrounding suburbs, as well as on rehabbing homes. Thanks to a shift in strategy and priorities, Moran and his team of over 30 agents saw a 42 percent increase in sales last year. Option Realty Group also added a full-time content creator to enhance the brokerage’s marketing efforts through photography, videography, aerials, 3D and virtual reality, and to make educational materials for the website.
An avid gardener, Moran volunteers for a local park district, helping to build enclosures for animals at the Nature Center. He and his wife are the proud owners of two Great Danes.
