Kelly Price is determined to champion any obstacle that she meets. “No two things give me more pleasure in business than making clients happy and closing loans that other lenders could not,” she says, adding that she enjoys how lending constantly changes and presents new challenges.

Working with clients ranging from real estate developers to affordable buyers, retirees to business owners, veterans to foreign nationals, and more, Price does a majority of her business in Chicagoland and the Midwest, while also aiding clients nationwide who wish to relocate or buy vacation homes. She brings 15 years of experience to the table, and is lauded for her professionalism and execution.

Price is a Wintrust Mortgage President’s Club Member for achieving top sales volume and is a contiguous winner of the National Five Star Mortgage Professionals Award for customer satisfaction. “I focus on transparent communication while taking the emotional drama out of the deal,” she explains. “Lending is serious business, but real estate and life are messy. Truth in the process is crucial to acceptance and happy outcomes.”

Price is known in the industry as “KP” to friends and close colleagues and as someone who gets the job done. She and her husband live on Chicago’s North Side — and in their free time, they travel between Michigan and Mexico, their two second homes.
