Every home at The Hamptons of Hinsdale, whether it is an Abbey condominium or a Villa townhome, showcases numerous deluxe inclusions and including granite countertops in the kitchens and baths with buyer-selected edge detailing and four-inch backsplash, with custom stone tiled backsplashes available. Kitchens feature custom oak, maple or hickory cabinetry with roller auto-close drawers also available; stainless steel appliances including a KitchenAid refrigerator and Bosch dishwasher along with Kohler plumbing fixtures. Professional Viking appliances are also an option.

The baths include a choice of porcelain or ceramic tile flooring, tub and shower walls with available custom tile patterns, frameless glass shower doors and cast-iron tubs.

Select grade oak hardwood flooring is found throughout the entry foyer; kitchen and breakfast area; and powder room and dining area. The complete millwork package includes three-and-one-half-inch casing, seven-inch baseboards and five-and-one-quarter-inch crown mouldings for paint, with custom stain available. Solid core doors and Cifial hardware with easy-open door levers are also featured.

The community includes a large pond with natural wetland plantings; an array of trees, shrubs and flowers; two parks, each with their own stone and wood gazebo; a decorative fence that defines the entire community; and a stone entry monument with stone walls on the main boulevard entry off Grant Street.

The Hamptons of Hinsdale is south of 55th Street and just west of Garfield Street in Hinsdale. The community is one block from Hinsdale Central High School and is served by Hinsdale School Districts 86 and 181.
