Lexington Homes has opened three model homes at Geneva Crossing, its 40-townhome community underway in Geneva.
The models demonstrate the three floor plans available from the builder’s Mews series: the Orchid, Lotus and Juniper. Homes will measure 1,780 to 2,278 square feet and feature two to four bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms, balconies and attached, rear-facing garages. Prices start at $449,990; the community is more than 25% sold.
“For a homebuyer making one of the biggest purchases of their life, there’s simply no substitute for visiting a model and experiencing the moment when you walk through a floor plan and watch it translate into an actual home,” Lexington Homes Principal Jeff Benach said.
Geneva Crossing homes will also offer nine-foot ceilings, main-level luxury-plank flooring, 42-inch upper kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops, walk-in primary-suite closets, smart thermostats and tankless water heaters.
Geneva Crossing is zoned to the Geneva 304 school district’s Heartland Elementary School, Geneva Middle School North, Geneva Middle School South and Geneva High School.
