RE/MAX Vision, located at 7528 W. North Ave. in Elmwood Park, is hosting a traditional luau and pig roast starting at 5 p.m. on June 8. The event is designed to raise funds for Children’s Memorial Hospital of Chicago.

Tickets to the event are $50 per person and include dinner, drinks and live entertainment, plus a chance to win raffle prizes, including a 32-inch LCD television. Also on the program are contests in such tropical talents as hula hooping, limbo dancing and best Hawaiian outfit.

The RE/MAX Northern Illinois network raised more than $320,000 for Children’s Memorial in 2006, making it one of the hospital’s largest benefactors.
