What was your first job in the industry? Salesperson at Century21 EAG Capital in 2004.

Where did you grow up? In Lithuania.

What is your favorite free-time activity? I love dancing traditional Lithuanian dances; I belong to Laume dance group. I also love to ski, and on a daily basis I relax by watching good movies, reading and spending time with my daughter.

What do you do to relax when you feel stressed? I like to nap or exercise.

If you weren’t a Realtor, what would you be? I would be a manager of a store like Jewel or Dominick’s. I have a BA in food science.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Singer Barbra Streisand, for her great personality, or Sophia Loren, because she is a great woman.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? Home.

What do you love most about the industry? The freedom.

How do you distinguish yourself from other agents? I am a patient, honest and hardworking agent.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Finding new clients.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Lithuanian events, dance groups, friends, referrals, etc.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Being a single mom and having a nice daughter.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? I just started a new book, “Think,” by Lisa Bloom.

What is your favorite restaurant? Wildfire.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Chicago? The Water Tower.

What kind of car do you drive? A 2007 Honda Accord.

Smartphone or paper? Smartphone.

What is your favorite real estate app on your phone/iPad? I don’t have a favorite, but I use connectMLS.

What is your favorite city after Chicago? Boston.

What is your advice to someone new to the industry? If you like the real estate business, don’t listen to the negative out there; just focus on how to make it.
