What was your first job in the realty industry? Salesperson.

Where did you grow up? Hammond, Ind., up to 12 years old, and Des Plaines.

What is your favorite free-time activity? Reading and boating.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Watch TV or read, go out to dinner, have some wine and sleep.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Lucille Ball. She’s the best comedienne ever. I love comedies.

Where is your favorite place to hang out? High-class restaurants or on a party boat.

What do you love most about the industry? Helping people.

How do you distinguish yourself from the agents of the crowd? I am a perfectionist, I’m driven, organized and detail-oriented, hard-working and consistent. I meet my goals.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Time. You’ve got to put in the time to succeed.

Where do you go to network and meet clients? Everywhere.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Consistently being a top producer since 1994.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? “Les Miserables,” the movie.

What is your favorite restaurant? Wildfire.
