The Chicago Association of REALTORS® recently honored its top producers with its annual Sales Awards celebration, held at the Lyric Opera House.

On March 5, RE/MAX Premier held its annual Agent Awards Gala at Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse. Founder and CEO Janice Corley hosted the event.

NSBAR celebrated its annual Circle of Excellence awards on March 11. Past President Luigui Corral was recognized as Realtor of the Year.

Celebrating 20 years in business, Dream Town Real Estate held a Casino Night party on Feb. 6 at Salvage One. The night included drinks, dancing and gambling

New President Brett Decker addressed those in attendance, speaking on the theme “Better Together.”

Kale Realty recently held its first summit of 2025. The theme was “Celebrating our Agents — Embrace Your Superpower.”

Agents hit the jackpot at Fulton Grace Realty’s casino night-themed holiday party on Dec. 12 at Sarabande Chicago.

WCR Chicago installed its 2025 Governing Board on Dec. 11 at Dearly Beloved Chicago. The event featured drinks, dancing and plenty of networking.

Rate’s Midway branch officially opened with a party on Nov. 14. It’s led by two producing branch managers, Fabian Viera and Sergio Soto.

NAHREP DuPage County held its 2025 installation on Nov. 1, in honor of Dia de Los Muertos. Jose Macias of Rate was inducted as president.

Rate opened a new branch in Berwyn, at 6216 W. Cermak Road, on Oct. 24. The team there is led by Branch Manager Julia Chiquito.

The fall is full of association installations, and this year, the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance took full advantage of the season.

On Oct. 10, Kale Realty held The Future of Real Estate Is Now summit at A & N Mortgage’s She Shed.

Over 300 participants turned out to celebrate this year’s issue of Who’s Who in Chicagoland Residential Real Estate. The ’20s-themed party took place at 850 Lake Shore Drive.

On Sept. 4, the North Shore-Barrington Association of REALTORS® held a black-tie optional induction ceremony at Ravinia Tree Top. Between 150 and 175 people attended.
