Rate opened a new branch in Berwyn, at 6216 W. Cermak Road, on Oct. 24. The team there is led by Branch Manager Julia Chiquito.

The fall is full of association installations, and this year, the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance took full advantage of the season.

Over 300 participants turned out to celebrate this year’s issue of Who’s Who in Chicagoland Residential Real Estate. The ’20s-themed party took place at 850 Lake Shore Drive.

On Sept. 4, the North Shore-Barrington Association of REALTORS® held a black-tie optional induction ceremony at Ravinia Tree Top. Between 150 and 175 people attended.

On Sept. 20, CAR hosted its 141st Inaugural Gala at the Hilton Chicago, inducting new officers and board members. Over 350 people attended.

Coldwell Banker Realty held their President’s Club Summer Soiree on Sept. 4 at the Merchandise Mart, followed by a river cruise dinner.

The Chicago Association of REALTORS® held their Summer Soiree on Aug. 14. Over 200 people attended the networking party.

Fulton Grace Realty has expanded into Elmhurst with a new office in the suburb’s downtown area. A grand opening event was held July 9.
