Anthony B. Tiritilli, the former president and CEO of Renzi Construction and Development, has announced the formation of a new development venture, Irongate Land Co. Chicago-based Irongate will specialize in residential and mixed-use developments in infill locations within the city, suburbs and regional secondary markets.

Tiritilli, president and CEO of Irongate, has assembled an experienced executive team that includes COO Gary Welch, who has overseen operations for a number of Chicago-area production home builders; CFO Gary Lee; Director of Development Mattias Graff, formerly of LaSalle Partners and The John Buck Co.; and Director of Construction Jeffery Bell.

This month, Irongate will begin marketing its first development under its new brand, a 70-unit condominium mid-rise, called 33Six, at Morgan and Van Buren streets in the West Loop. Later this year, they will introduce a community of luxury single-family homes and townhomes in West Rogers Park.
