Jessica Teuthorn, Real Estate Agent

Keller Williams ONEChicago

Jessica Teuthorn’s journey from the equine profession to real estate is as unique as it is inspiring. A top-producing agent at Keller Williams ONEChicago, she managed horse farms before transitioning to a career in real estate seven years ago. Inspired by her parents, she naturally gravitated towards real estate after witnessing the intricate world of buying and selling luxury horse farms through her job.

Teuthorn’s early work with investors required her to learn the nuances of many South Side neighborhoods. “I built a reputation for successfully guiding clients through smart, well-executed fix-and-flip projects,” she explains. Today, she resides in Lakeview and maintains an office in Bronzeville, giving her a strong pulse on both the North and South Sides of the city. Her extensive market knowledge and on-the-ground experience help clients navigate transactions with clarity and confidence.

Backed by years of construction and investment experience, Teuthorn brings a sharp, detail-focused approach to every interaction, helping clients evaluate a property’s present condition and long-term potential with confidence. “My clients trust me to deliver high-level guidance with a personal touch,” she shares. Known for her energy, strategic thinking and strong communication skills, she encourages clients to connect early to develop the right strategy before entering the market.

Teuthorn serves on the Keller Williams ONEChicago Agent Leadership Council and chairs the office’s Culture Committee. She also sits on the Chicago Association of Realtors’ Young Professionals Network Advisory Board, actively shaping the future of the real estate industry.

Outside of real estate, Teuthorn remains connected to her roots, visiting her family’s farm whenever possible. A devoted foodie, live music lover and frequent dinner party host, she blends her love for design, hospitality and connection into every facet of her life and work.
