@properties Development Group has officially unveiled Wolfram18: a collection of luxury, single-family homes in the West Lakeview. Wolfram18’s first model home opened formally on Sept. 8, and the event was celebrated with a grand opening party.

Created in collaboration with the Chicago-based developers K Giles, LLC and T2 Development and architecture firm Pappageorge Haymes Partners, Wolfram18 includes 15 homes. Each is a four-story, five-bedroom residence. Each includes 4,650 square feet of living space, four bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, an attached two-car garage and private rooftop terraces. Prices begin at $2,380,000.

Attendees on Sept. 8 perused those features, exploring the model home and its rooftop deck while enjoying specialty cocktails and light bites — including personalized Wolfram18 cookies.

“Amenities that combine beauty and function are in high demand, and the residences at Wolfram18 offer the best of both,” Cyndy Salgado, executive vice president of sales for @properties Development Group, said in a press release following the event.

Aaron Giles, developer at K. Giles LLC, also highlighted the rising demand for centrally located, urban, single-family homes. “Wolfram18 responds to that demand with an amazing location and very expansive floor plans,” Giles said.
