In a career spanning three decades, he has excelled in every facet of the mortgage industry. Since entering the industry in the early ’90s, Tausché has worked in both inside and outside sales and owned and managed his own successful mortgage company for 10 years. He sold his company to Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. in 2009 and joined the firm as a senior vice president of residential lending.
