We have a successful strategy to sell the listings and have proven it time after time. This year we successfully sold a town home that had a market time of over two years. We were the fifth broker to list the property. We used our proven marketing techniques, and we raised the price by $50,000. We successfully sold it for $30,112 over what the last broker had listed. We truly love the challenge.”
The team believes they work better together. “Two is always better than one,” says Dayton. “Two to cover all showings, two to price, two to give an opinion.” Both Dayton and Bhairoo team up for all their clients. As an expert on new construction, Dayton has earned a reputation with some of the toughest developers in the city. “They know hundreds of brokers,” she explains. “It’s an honor when they call me to represent them; they could call anyone, but they call me.”
When the duo isn’t selling homes, Dayton can be found pursuing her interest in interior design, spending time with her husband and two children, and enjoying the beach in Naples, while Bhairoo loves to travel, attend concerts and have dinners with friends.
